School trips
Day trips are organised throughout primary school. School trips lasting several days, known as Classes transplantées (Classes vertes, Classes de mer or Classes de neige), are also organised from P3 onwards.
School trips and outings are an integral part of the school curriculum and are linked to educational objectives, and are therefore compulsory.
Outings are billed via the annual school fees (however, some teachers may offer additional outings, which are subject to a separate payment request). School trips (Classes transplantées) are billed separately in two instalments (one 10 weeks before the trip and the other 5 weeks before).

P3: Classes de mer (Blankenberge)
In June, P3 pupils spend five days at a leisure centre in Blankenberge on the Belgian coast.
The pupils take part in activities to discover the coast and the sea, practise a range of sports (particularly water sports) and visit Sea Life (aquatic zoo) and the Zwin (nature reserve).

P4: Classes vertes (Massembre)
In March, P4 pupils spend four days at Domaine de Massembre, a leisure centre near Dinant (Belgium).
In the morning, pupils take part in educational and fun activities on the theme of nature and the environment. In the afternoon, they relax and play in the Domaine's playground. After dinner, activities and parties are organised by the supervisors.

P5: Classes de neige (Valmeinier)
In January, P5 pupils spend 7 days (9 days including travel) at the Valmeinier ski resort in France.
Activities include skiing lessons, visits, learning about the Alpine way of life and themed evenings.
These ski trips are organised in collaboration with the CPAN, which organises Classes de neige for schools in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
Approximate cost: €900 (including return bus travel, accommodation, food, ski lessons, ski lifts, visits, themed evenings and instructors/supervisors)
