The price for before-and-after school care is linked to the duration of your child’s stay at the childcare location.

For our before-and-after school care, as a parent you only pay 40% of the actual costs. The remaining costs are covered as follows: 30% by the municipal government of Waregem, 5% by the school boards and 25% by Kindercentrum. Thanks to this unique collaboration, before-and-after school care remains accessible and available to everyone.

Parents with multiple children cared for at the same time still receive a 25% discount for all children.

A registration fee of €15 per child per calender year is charged, or €5 in case of a social tariff. This fee will be included in the first invoice.

A monthly administrative fee of €1.5 per family will be charged for e-invoicing and direct debit, and €3.5 per family for paper invoices and/or manual transfers.

Attention: if you pick up your child after closing time, a surcharge of €8,50 per started quarter hour will be invoiced.

On school-free days or holidays: if you have reserved childcare but your child doesn’t attend or if you provide late notice of cancellation, a fee of €6 will be invoiced for a half-day and €10 for a full day. (This does not apply in case of illness, with proper documentation from a medical certificate.)

Departure after 17.30u  =  €17.57

On school-free days and holidays

1/3 day (- 3 hours) =  €5.84

Half day (+ 3 hours / - 6 hours) = €8.80

Full day (+ 6 hours) = €17.57
