De Kindervilla has been a trusted name in Waregem for many years. We welcome children from 0 to 3 years old. The daycare is coordinated by team coach Lana Leyman.

Operations

At De Kindervilla, we have three groups, with space for a total of 42 children. We work with a vertical group system, which means children aged 0 to 3 stay together in the same group. Our groups are called the Girafkes (Little Giraffes), Olifantjes (Little Elephants), and Egeltjes (Little Hedgehogs).

Throughout the day, we follow each child’s natural rhythm, with plenty of cuddles, playtime, and fun challenges. We value a clear structure so that the children feel safe and secure. The day begins with a cheerful circle time, where we greet each other with a happy good morning together with Raf the Giraffe, Nel the Elephant, or Theo the Hedgehog. They also choose the child of the day, always an exciting moment! During lunchtime and other daily activities, we encourage as much independence as possible, depending on each child’s age.

What we value

For us, every child is at the center. We make sure each child receives the right stimulation, challenges, and play opportunities suited to their development. We carefully observe what every child needs and adjust our play and activity offerings accordingly. As soon as the sun starts shining, we head outside! Playing outdoors is not only fun but also beneficial for health. Whether big or small, all children enjoy the fresh air and the many discoveries waiting for them there.

Our goal? To create a warm, safe environment where your child feels completely at home. We do everything we can to ensure you can entrust your child’s care to us with peace of mind!
