As a Packaging Officer Private Label, you are the driving force behind launching new products and packaging for the retail and foodservice market.
Together with the customer, you coordinate the entire development process and monitor every step of the flow. With your sharp eye for detail, you ensure that every label, box, film or display perfectly matches the customer's expectations and is ready for the market on time.
You love a role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
Starting from the customer’s initial idea, you take ownership of coordinating packaging projects as a Packaging Officer Private Label:
- You coordinate the development of private label packaging, ensuring that all departments (quality, sales, printer, …) provide the necessary information on time to meet the customer’s requirements.
- You act as the main contact point for customers within your assigned market and maintain communication on all packaging-related matters.
- Together with colleagues (including quality), you review the supplied artwork with a sharp eye: is all text correct and are visuals accurate?
- You work closely with printers, prepress teams, designers and suppliers to deliver packaging that is both technically sound and commercially appropriate.

- You work accurately, in a structured way, and know how to set priorities.
- You are the administrative and coordinating point of contact.
- You are customer-focused and communicate smoothly between internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with ERP systems or packaging software is an asset but not essential.
