Sourcing & selection, interviews and reporting

After the vacancy is published, the search for the suitable candidate starts. Based on initial screenings, we find candidates who match the vacancy & employer brand. We keep our clients informed throughout the process.

Second round of interviews and assessments

Candidates who are retained may be invited for further interviews by the client itself. Further testing and assessments may also be carried out at this stage.
