How did you come into contact with Select HR?

"I think it was through the website, or maybe through VDAB. In any case, I applied online.”

How did the recruitment process go?

“Jamilla from the Antwerp office scheduled an online interview. Everything went very smoothly. I found it very convenient that I didn’t have to drive to Antwerp for the first interview.

What do you do at Belfius today?

“Today I’m the insurance market manager. I’m also currently in a trajectory to become a co-partner for our cluster of nine offices.

More concretely, I manage the entire insurance market for both private and business clients.”

Why were you looking for something new at the time?

“I was an account manager in insurance and mainly missed the challenge in my job. Today management is a big part of my role. That was new to me and gives me more satisfaction.

At my previous employer that unfortunately wasn’t possible. So I’m very happy with the decision I made.”

Would you recommend applying through Select HR?
