Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Permanentie verzekeren op de afdeling en fungeren als aanspreekpunt
  • Contact onderhouden met facility-partners (onthaal, keuken, security, poetsdienst, …)
  • Contracten opvolgen en nakijken
  • Waken over een correcte planning en bezetting binnen facilities
  • Mailbox van de afdeling mee beheren
  • Diverse administratieve opvolgingen binnen gebouwen & facility

Organisational and departmental description

Voor een facility- en gebouwenafdeling in Antwerpen zoeken we een voltijdse tijdelijke medewerker voor een opdracht van minstens 3 à 4 maanden. Een verlenging is mogelijk.
Je werkt op de hoofdzetel. Thuiswerk is niet mogelijk.

Rol

Je ondersteunt de facility-afdeling in de dagelijkse permanentie en bent een centraal aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en externe partners. Je zorgt dat alle administratieve en operationele processen correct en tijdig opgevolgd worden.

  • Locatie: Antwerpen (Zuid)
  • Contract: voltijds interimcontract
  • Duur: 3–4 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging
  • Verloning: volgens marktconforme barema’s
