Job description

En tant que Payroll Officer, vous prenez en charge l’ensemble des tâches liées à l’administration du personnel pour les collaborateur·trice·s ouvriers et employés.

Vos responsabilités :
  • Gestion quotidienne de l’administration du personnel.
  • Gestion des dossiers sociaux et assurances.
  • Gestion des absences : maladie, accidents de travail, chômage économique, congés…
  • Établissement complet de la paie ouvriers et employés.
  • Contacts réguliers avec le secrétariat social.
  • Gestion des décomptes de sortie.
  • Reporting RH (absentéisme, tableaux de suivi…).

Your profile

  • Bachelier en ressources humaines, droit, économie ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de paie senior.
  • Excellente connaissance de la législation sociale belge, y compris les différentes CP.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et du néerlandais.
  • Rigueur, précision, capacités analytiques, sens de la structure.
  • Une expérience avec des outils tels que Workday ou Presta est un sérieux atout.
