Job description

En collaboration directe avec la HR Manager, vous prenez en charge un large éventail de tâches administratives et opérationnelles pour un périmètre de 260 collaborateurs.

Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :
  • Reporting & administration RH
  • Préparer le reporting mensuel pour le Conseil d’Entreprise 
  • Archiver et afficher les documents CE/CPPT.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers individuels.
  • Gestion des intérimaires & contrats
  • Mettre à jour les fichiers de suivi : évaluations, absentéisme, prolongations.
  • Répondre aux questions quotidiennes du personnel.
  • Gérer les descriptions de fonction et leur signature.
  • Organiser les formations et en assurer le suivi.
  • Assurer la communication interne (mails, visuels pour écrans).

Your profile

Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous avez :
  • Une première expérience en RH ou en administration RH en entreprise 
  • Un diplôme de niveau bachelier (RH, administration, ou équivalent).
  • Une bonne connaissance de base en législation sociale.
  • Une maîtrise de l’anglais niveau B2
