The most used materials are cut without intermediate processing directly to length and foreseen with screw thread by us. The material, drawn according to the thickness of the flank diameters, is bought by us. We herewith guarantee a fast and cheap production.
Are you looking for another type of steel (BE500 or 42CrMoS4V), or a tailor-made thread product? Then we can purchase this material in the required quality and with the necessary certificates. We then reduce the threaded part to the required flank diameter, after which the thread is rolled, and the product completely meets your requirements.
HEATING UP THROUGH INDUCTION

The most simple and cheapest way to pleat material is pleating in cold, but this is not always the best solution.
Heating up through induction allows to make sharp pleats, to pleat thick bars and to give different forms to the material.
LARGE U-BRACKETS
Our machine-park is equipped with a bracket pleating machine, which allows us to produce U-brackets tailor-made till M36 with a centre to centre size of 1,000 mm.
